This is indeed a difficult issue. But if you're determined to get rid of it then you can do it.

* The first step towards relief is acceptance.
* Always try to think positively. Tell yourself that you will overcome it and you sure will.
* Don't shy away from people.
* Talk to a counselor. He/ she may be able to help you.
* Take deep breaths and do regular exercises. Walking, running, jogging will help keep diseases at bay. Yoga and deep breathing can help to cope with a panic attack.
* Try meditation. This helps to calm your mind and overcome stress and tension. Music therapy also helps in keeping the mind composed.
