Controlling the breathing is an important step to help the sufferer overcome the condition, regular exercise have also been found to helpful to control the breathing which in turn reduces the heart rate and can help prevent anxiety.

Panic disorders can also lead to other mental heath issues such as depression. People may start to become socially withdrawn, therefore it is vital that people who suffer from panic disorders seek help as soon as possible.
